Annual Financial Reports

The City contracts with an independent certified public accountant firm to conduct an annual audit of the City’s financial records and internal control systems.  As a result of the annual audits, the City Treasurer publishes an Annual Financial and Compliance Report.  Copies of these reports for Fiscal Years 2018-2021 can be found below.  For archived reports please click here.

Narrative Budget Reports

Prepared in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 5533 and provided to the Governing Body, copies of the City's Narrative Budget Reports are available below for Fiscal Years 2022-2027. For archived reports please click here.

Sales & Use Tax Reports

Each month the City of Cheyenne receives a distribution from the State of Wyoming for sales and use tax revenue received during the previous month.  The City Treasurer's Office has created Monthly Sales & Use Tax Reports to provide detailed information on the amount of revenue received and identify which sales and use tax categories were most significantly impacted by revenue increases or decreases of $100,000 or more compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.  These reports are found below.  For archived reports, please click here.
