The Future of the DDA: What’s Next for Its Partnership with the City?

The Cheyenne DDA is a municipal board focused on revitalizing downtown, and it doesn’t operate alone. As we revisit our operational agreement with the City, learn what the DDA can (and can’t) do, and why this partnership matters for downtown’s future.

DDA Plan of Development Progress: Q2 2025

On February 24, 2025, the Cheyenne City Council adopted the 2024 DDA Plan of Development, a strategic, living document guiding downtown revitalization across four key focus areas. Since adoption, the DDA has begun implementation, prioritizing high-impact, achievable projects by June 2026 and setting the stage for continued progress through upcoming work sessions.
