The City of Cheyenne is seeking applications to fill upcoming vacancies on three different boards and commissions: the Board of Adjustment, the Historic Preservation Board, and the Housing and Community Development Advisory Council.

Seasonal closure for part of Kiwanis Community Park begins April 1

The City of Cheyenne will close the southern portion of Kiwanis Community Park, located off East Pershing Boulevard, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, for seasonal wildlife protection.

The southern section will reopen to the public on July 15.

CFR & F.E. Warren AFB Announce Meeting on Prescribed Fire Operations

Warren Air Force Base, Laramie County Fire Authority, and Cheyenne/Laramie County Emergency Management Agency will host a public informational meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2026, to discuss upcoming prescribed fire operations scheduled to take place on the installation later in the month.
