Meetings
Meet annually in January to elect Chair and Vice Chair and to swear in new appointments or reappointments to the Board
Meet on the first Wednesday of each month the remainder of the year (on an as needed basis)
Meeting Time: 12:00 noon
Location: Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Ave., Room TBA
Purpose
To hear and rule on appeals of an aggrieved party from decisions of the Building Official, the Historic Preservation Board, and other proceedings as provided by City Code in order to determine the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction, and to provide for reasonable interpretations of Building and Technical Codes adopted by the city.
