This page is designed to help members of the public who apply for an online license or permit through OpenGov. The City's online portal is accessible at https://cheyennewy.viewpointcloud.com/. The City also has a department specific FAQ page available at www.cheyennecity.org/FAQ for those working with the City of Cheyenne. That page covers FAQs for the City Clerk, Building, Engineering, and Planning & Development Departments.
A computer kiosk is available in the City Clerks office (2101 O'Neil Ave., room 101) for those in need of assistance with City Clerk licenses/permits. A computer kiosk is also available on the second floor of the Municipal Building (2101 O'Neil Ave.) for those needing assistance with Planning & Development, Building, and Engineering licenses/permits (NOTE: online applications for Building and Engineering are still in development at this time and not yet accessible to the public).
