REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
RFP #2-23
The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals from a qualified environmental professional and remediation contractor (Contractor) for assessment and area-wide planning activities within the West Edge District of Cheyenne.
Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM MST on October 12, 2022 to the City of Cheyenne Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY.
The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
