BID DUE DATE POSTPONED PER ADDENDUM ONE
The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Division, Room 309, Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 2:00 p.m. local time on BID DUE DATE POSTPONED PER ADDENDUM ONE for the “15th Street Ornamental Security Fencing and Gates” project.
An Optional pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M., on October 13, 2022 at the Project Site Location, 121 W 15th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001. The meeting will commence in the main lobby of the Cheyenne Depot.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00.
Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
