City of Cheyenne Development Incentivization Program

The City of Cheyenne offers several Development Incentive Programs (DIPs). These are financing programs to encourage and incentivize the development of quality projects that add to the vitality of Cheyenne.

Tax Increment Financing (TIF)

Brownfields Assessment

Affordable Housing

  • Affordable Single-family Homes: Up to $5,000 per project
  • Affordable Multi-family Housing: Up to $10,000 per project

Apply for Reimbursement

This program has a total limit of $200,000 of reimbursements and is open until June 30, 2030. Call us at 307-637-6282 to see if your project is eligible today!
