Building Permit Information

Permit fees are based on the value of the project. Permit valuations shall include total value of work, including materials and labor, for which the permit is being issued. Plan review fee is in addition to the permit fee and is 65% of the permit fee.

Permits, Certificates of Completion, Temporary Certificates of Occupancy and Certificates of Occupancy can be printed through your OpenGov account. Also, schedule all inspections through the OpenGov portal.
