Licensing / Permit Information

Effective March 6, 2023, the City will be utilizing an online portal for applying for business licenses and permits.  The portal can be accessed at the following link - https://cheyennewy.viewpointcloud.com.

Please note that credit card payments include a 2.99% + $0.99 processing fee, and e-check payments include a $2.25 flat fee.
Cash and check payments do not have an additional fee, but must be made in person.
