Committee Information

There are three Council Committees. Below are the dates and times that they meet, as well as the members of each Committee. For all Committee agendas, please click here.

Public Services Committee

When: 1st & 3rd Mondays of the Month

Time: 12:00 p.m.

Where: Municipal Building, Council Chambers

Members:

The Public Services Committee is made up of four Council members.

  • Dr. Kathy Emmons, Chairman
  • Dr. Michelle Aldrich
  • Pete Laybourn
  • Dr. Mark Rinne

Finance Committee

When: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the Month

Time: 12:00 p.m.

Where: Municipal Building, Council Chambers

Members:

The Finance Committee is made up of four Council members.

  • Ken Esquibel, Chairman
  • Mark A. Moody
  • Jeff White
  • Lawrence Wolfe

Committee of the Whole

When: As needed, 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the Month

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Where: Council Chambers

Members:

Committee of the Whole includes all nine City Council members. 

The Council President resides over these meetings.
