Tom Segrave is a Ward II City Councilman elected for the 2021-2024 term. Mr. Segrave originally served on the Cheyenne City Council from 2000-2004 and was reelected for the term from 2005-2008.
Mr. Segrave has served on the Board and as Chairman for the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, as board member and President of Kiwanis, and on the Board and Chairman for the Downtown Development Authority (DDA).
Mr. Segrave and his wife, Ann, have three adult children; all of whom attended Cheyenne public schools, and all are graduates of The University of Wyoming. Mr. Segrave is excited to once again serve the voters of Ward II in the City of Cheyenne.
