Ward III City of Cheyenne Councilman
Mark A. Moody was elected in 2024 to represent the people of Ward 3. Mark believes strongly in law & order, limited government, and transparency & accountability. Presently he serves on the Finance Committee and is the Council representative on the Cheyenne Laramie County GIS Cooperative Executive Committee.
