Following the high wind event on March 12, the Cheyenne Sanitation Division is offering services for residents, particularly those with Thursday pickups.

The Airport Golf Club and Prairie View Golf Course will be closed through the weekend and into next week as staff clears trees and removes debris from both courses.The Airport Golf Club's lounge and dining room remain open.

A guided tour of the High Plains Arboretum will be hosted by the Alliance for Historic Wyoming, the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, and Wyoming State Parks on Saturday, Sept. 14, at 1 p.m.
The tour will begin at the historic greenhouse and will visit other historic structures at the site, including the superintendent's house. Cheyenne Botanic Gardens and Wyoming State Parks staff will lead the tour and will include an update on the proposed state historic site.
Tickets are $15 per person for members of the Alliance for Historic Wyoming or the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens and $20 for non-members. Space is limited and registration is required. Please wear close-toed shoes and be prepared to walk approximately half a mile.
The High Plains Arboretum is located at 8601 Hildreth Road west of Cheyenne.
