The Airport Golf Club and Prairie View Golf Course will be closed through the weekend and into next week as staff clears trees and removes debris from both courses.The Airport Golf Club's lounge and dining room remain open.

Registration is now open for the City of Cheyenne 3-6 Youth Basketball League, a recreational league for kids in grades 3 through 6.
Early registration will continue through Aug. 28, 2025, with late registration running from Aug. 29 to Sept. 11, during which a $25 late fee will be added if space is available. All registration will be closed after Sept. 11. The cost of the league is $65/player.
Practices start on Oct. 27 and games begin on Nov. 8. Registrations include six games, a shirt, a basketball, a team picture, and an award. Games will be played on Saturdays and possibly some Friday evenings.
