The Cheyenne Recreation Division is partnering with Arena Training Institute to offer a free Women’s Self-Defense Class designed to help participants feel more confident, aware, and prepared in real-life situations.
This hands-on class will cover basic self-defense techniques along with practical strategies for staying safe and alert. The class is open to women ages 14 and up and is limited to 30 participants, so early registration is encouraged.
