Paving work to affect Cahill Park south parking lot

Work to repave the south parking lot at Cahill Park is scheduled to begin the week of Oct. 5, and park visitors should be aware of lot’s closure while work takes place.

The project will include milling approximately 1.5 inches of asphalt, making necessary repairs to damaged areas, adding two inches of new asphalt, and repainting the parking lot.

The parking lot will reopen following completion of the work. The parking lot on the north end of the park will remain available for use.
