The City of Cheyenne is updating the Belvoir Ranch Master Plan and is seeking input from residents as the update moves forward.
The original Belvoir Ranch Master Plan was adopted 16 years ago and outlined future land uses for the property.
Since then, some of the planned development on the Belvoir, like wind energy and recreational trails, has come to fruition, while other uses have not. The City wants to ensure any future development aligns with community wants, needs, and goals, acknowledging those may have changed since the 2008 version of the master plan.
A public open house will be held on Thursday, May 30, from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Laramie County Library (in the 3rd Floor Sunflower Room). Residents will have the opportunity to share their thoughts on the Belvoir and provide input on what the property should be used for in the future.
More information about the plan update can be found at this informative website: https://arcg.is/1aDaG11
Additional information about the Belvoir can be found at www.cheyennecity.org/belvoir.
