In observance of America 250, July 4 celebrations are scheduled throughout the day on Saturday, July 4, 2026.Fireworks will be held at the Wyoming State Capitol this year. There will not be fireworks at Frontier Park.

CHEYENNE – The Johnson Swimming Pool (303 E. 8th St.) will be closed until further notice due to a persistent water leak in the pump control room. Maintenance parts have been ordered with repair work to begin immediately upon their arrival. The City will provide an update for the pool’s reopening when repairs are completed.
