In observance of America 250, July 4 celebrations are scheduled throughout the day on Saturday, July 4, 2026.Fireworks will be held at the Wyoming State Capitol this year. There will not be fireworks at Frontier Park.

CHEYENNE – Beginning Tuesday, June 1st the intersection of Pioneer Ave. and W. 26th St. will be closed for construction. Construction is part of the 26th Street Storm Sewer Extension project and is slated to continue through the summer, weather permitting. Detours will be posted in the area and alternative routes are advised.
