CHEYENNE – Beginning Wednesday, April 28th, the City’s Municipal Court will resume in-person arraignments in the Judge Joseph M. Carey City Center (300 W. 17th St.). Masks are required upon entry into the building. Parking is available at the nearby Jack Spiker Parking Garage.

The Municipal Court permanently relocated to the new Judge Joseph M. Carey City Center last summer following construction of the voter-approved 6th Penny project.

The Municipal Court administers the operation of the judicial branch of the City Government according to the ordinances adopted by City Council. Cases adjudicated in the Municipal Court include misdemeanor complaints covered under City Code and State Statutes which are incorporated into the City Code, occurring within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Cheyenne.
