City offices, including the Transit Program, will be closed Wednesday, July 23. Sanitation Division residential pickups will remain as scheduled. Containers should be placed out for pickup by 6 a.m.
The Building Dept. has launched their online license & permit portal. Company Contractors can find their claim code below to activate their online account. An online account will be required to apply for permits with the Building Dept.

Free single- and double-grind wood mulch is available for residents and businesses at the Cheyenne Compost Facility while supplies last.
Single- and double-grind mulch are wood chip mulch produced from ground brush and limbs. Suggested uses include decorative cover around trees, shrubs, and other plants to retain moisture and deter the growth of grass and trees.
The Compost Facility is located at 3714 Windmill Road and is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a lunch closure from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
