CHEYENNE – On Thursday, November 4th, Cheyenne Fire Rescue (CFR) responded to a medical incident at a hotel on Fleischli Pkwy. Crews were dispatched at 1:13 p.m. and arrived on scene at 1:18 p.m. CFR cleared the scene at 5:00 p.m.
CFR was initially dispatched for a medical incident and accompanied by American Medical Response (AMR) members. A hazmat crew was also called to test a white powdery substance. Individuals in need of medical assistance were transported to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC) for further examination out of an abundance of caution. Hazmat testing determined the substance was not harmful after investigation.
Assisting CFR and AMR were members of the Cheyenne Police Department (CPD) and Homeland Security.
