The Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority will host two public outreach sessions this week for residents, businesses, and visitors to learn about the Downtown Plan of Development Update and provide feedback.

This round of outreach follows a survey conducted earlier this year. The DDA will share results of that survey and share how that information will be incorporated into the next step of the Plan of Development process.

The two outreach sessions will be:

  • Thursday, April 4 – 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Westby Edge Brewing Company, 714 W. 20th St.
  • Saturday, April 6 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Winter Farmers Market at the Cheyenne Depot on 15th Street.

The Downtown Plan of Development Update is a 12-18 month process that will result in a new vision for the future of downtown, guiding policies and key implementation action items for achieving the vision. The plan will provide a blueprint for strategies that promote economic vitality and increase public activities, while enhancing the historic western charm of Downtown Cheyenne.
