DDA announces RFP for the 2026 Downtown Planter Program

The Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is requesting proposals from qualified landscape and horticultural professionals for the 2026 Downtown Cheyenne Planter Program. This annual beautification initiative supports the maintenance and enhancement of public planters throughout the Downtown District.

Preference will be given to a single vendor capable of providing full-service design, installation, and maintenance. Proposals for parts of the request (watering services, plant procurement, etc.) will also be considered. The contract will begin as a one-year professional services agreement, with the option to extend into a three-year, year-round program based on performance and mutual agreement.

Project Details:

  • Budget Range: $45,000–$55,000
