The Airport Golf Club and Prairie View Golf Course will be closed through the weekend and into next week as staff clears trees and removes debris from both courses.The Airport Golf Club's lounge and dining room remain open.

The Cheyenne City Council will hold a special meeting and public hearing on potential 6th Penny projects on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 6 p.m.
The meeting will review potential City 6th Penny projects that could appear on the 2026 primary election ballot and will include a public hearing on the slate of projects. This meeting will not include projects being considered by Laramie County, Albin, Burns, or Pine Bluffs.
No other business will be conducted during this meeting. Leadership of the City, the County, and other Laramie County municipalities will work to finalize the ballot and projects over the next few months.
The meeting will be available to attend in-person in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building (2101 O’Neil Ave.) and will also be available to watch remotely. A Zoom link and information about watching remotely will be available at www.cheyennecity.org/zoom. An agenda for the meeting will be available at www.cheyennecity.org/minutesandagendas.
Residents who are not able to attend are invited to participate in a survey about the projects that will be available at connect.cheyennecity.org. The survey will be open Dec. 9-17, 2025.
