Comments accepted for amendment to transportation plan

The Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is providing public notice of a proposed amendment to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for a transit project within the Cheyenne urbanized area.

The proposed amendment includes updates to an existing transit project, including any changes to the federal funding source or project details, as applicable. No new roadway capacity projects are included.

The draft TIP amendment will be available for public review and comment through Jan. 22, 2026. The document may be viewed online at www.plancheyenne.org or by contacting the Cheyenne MPO at (307) 637-6280.

Written comments may be submitted via email to jcorso@cheyennecity.org or mailed to Cheyenne MPO, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Room 304, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

All comments received during the public comment period will be considered prior to final action by the Cheyenne MPO Policy Committee.
