The City of Cheyenne invites community feedback on its Unified Development Code (UDC) that governs the City’s land development processes.
Public input is crucial to keeping the UDC relevant and responsive to the community's needs.
To ensure a transparent and effective regulatory framework, a summary report of all formal issues and concerns submitted over the past year will be presented to the Planning Commission at its Feb. 18, 2025, meeting. This annual review provides an opportunity for the Planning Commission to address community feedback and consider actions, including further research or investigation.
By participating in this process, residents can help shape a development code that reflects and serves the evolving priorities of Cheyenne.
Comments received prior to Jan. 21, 2025, will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for consideration at its Feb. 18, 2025, meeting.
