In observance of America 250, July 4 celebrations are scheduled throughout the day on Saturday, July 4, 2026.Fireworks will be held at the Wyoming State Capitol this year. There will not be fireworks at Frontier Park.

Local businesses and organizations are invited to serve as breakfast station hosts for the 2026 edition of Bike to Work Day, which is set for Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
Breakfast station hosts will be listed on the City’s Bike to Work Day website and are asked to provide breakfast foods to Bike to Work Day participants on the day of the event. Stations should be staffed and in a publicly-accessible location.
To register your business or organization as a station host, or for more information, contact City Communications Manager Matt Murphy at mmurphy@cheyennecity.org. Station hosts should include their business/organization name and station location. Individual stations can also be hosted by more than one business or organization.
Bike to Work Day is an annual event that celebrates active ways of getting to work and around town. Participants don’t need to be traveling to work specifically to take part.
An after work event is being planned in Downtown Cheyenne.
