The Cheyenne Transit Program’s transfer center will return to O’Neil Avenue between 17th and 18th streets beginning Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, following a construction project in the area.
The transfer center serves as the location for transfers between Cheyenne Transit Program bus routes. Bus schedules will be minimally affected by the move.
The Cheyenne Transit Program had intended to remain on 17th Street until the new transfer center opens on Westland Road, but O’Neil Avenue is a better logistical location for bus transfers and reduces conflicts with vehicles entering and exiting the Spiker Parking Structure.
