All roofing contractors are required to be licensed through the City of Cheyenne Building Safety Division, permits are required to be pulled for each address.Residents should ensure contractors, including for roofing and siding, are licensed by the City and that the contractor has pulled a permit for their property.
The Building Department has launched their online license & permit portal. Company Contractors can find their claim code below to activate their online account, scroll down to Licenses and Permits then click on Building Safety Division – Contractor Licensing then follow the directions listed. An online account will be required to apply for permits with the Building Department.

The Cheyenne Botanic Gardens is now accepting food and beverage vendor applications for the Nov. 1, 2023 to Oct. 31, 2024 season.
Food and beverage vendors may operate during open hours of the Botanic Gardens Conservatory – Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. year round and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. June 1 through Aug. 31.
There are separate fee structures for the winter season (Nov. 1 to April 30), the summer season (May 1 to Oct. 31), and for high traffic events. Vendors that apply early may be scheduled for operation as early as Nov. 1, 2023, and vendors will be added for the winter season as they are approved. The schedule for the summer season of May 1 through Oct. 31 will be set after the application deadline in January 2024.

Completed applications should be emailed to info@botanic.org or brought to the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens at 710 S. Lions Park Drive. Office Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All applications must be submitted by Friday, Jan. 12, 2024.
