City offices including Transit will be closed on January 19th. Residential trash and recycling pickups will slide forward one day during the week of January 19th (Monday pickups move to Tuesday, Tuesday pickups move to Wednesday, Wednesday pickups move to Thursday, Thursday pickups move to Friday). The Building Department has launched their online license & permit portal.Company Contractors can find their claim code below to activate their online account, scroll down to Licenses and Permits then click on Building Safety Division – Contractor Licensing then follow the directions listed.An online account will be required to apply for permits with the Building Department.

CHEYENNE – With hunting season underway, the City of Cheyenne would like to remind marksmen and women that wild game carcasses are accepted for proper disposal at the Solid Waste Transfer Station (220 N. College Drive). Carcasses are accepted at a per item charge of $6.68. Individuals may bring more than one carcass per visit to the Transfer Station. Disposals are accepted Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 2:30pm.
As a reminder, wild game disposal along City streets is not permitted. Keep Cheyenne clean and safe with proper disposal of your wild game carcasses this season.
