The City of Cheyenne and the State of Wyoming will host numerous events this week to observe America’s 250th birthday, culminating in a fireworks show on July 4 at the Wyoming State Capitol.
These events have been the result of years of planning by volunteers and City, county, and state staff and will provide the Capital City with a variety of events for residents of all ages.
An event list is below. More information is available at www.capitalcitycelebration.com.

Echoes: Wyoming at America 250 is a suite of four cast-bronze high-relief panels installed as part of the city's America 250 celebrations. The four works trace the land and people of Wyoming, from the wild herds that ruled the high plains to the women who first carried the ballot.
