The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Division, Room 309, Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 2:00 p.m. local time on December 9, 2021 for the “Compost Facility Prefabricated Metal Office Trailer” project.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be via Zoom On-Line Meeting, at 3:00 PM on November 16, 2021. The City will reject bids from any company who has not logged their presence in the chat box during the Zoom meeting.

Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted.  The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.

The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid.  A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00.

Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
