The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, until 2:00 p.m. on March 30, 2021 for furnishing Fencing and Gates, for the City of Cheyenne Compost Facility.
There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held on March 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Compost Facility, located at 3714 Windmill Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
The provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City.
