REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
RFP 12-23
The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals for the Cheyenne Depot Plaza Christmas Light Design and Installation project.
Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM MST on July 17, 2023 to the City of Cheyenne Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY.
An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on: July 5, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Mountain time, via Zoom online meeting.
The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
