The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, until 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2023 for furnishing Two (2) New Police Motorcycles for the City of Cheyenne Police Department. There are trade-ins on this bid.
There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held via ZOOM Online Meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 11:00 AM. Attendees that do not register in the chat, shall have their Bid rejected.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
The provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City.
