The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, until 2:00 p.m. on April 4, 2022 for furnishing Twenty-Nine (29) Trucks, for the City of Cheyenne, Community Recreation & Events Department, Fleet Maintenance Division, and Animal Control Division. There will be trade-ins on this Bid.
There will be a MANDATORY in-person pre-bid meeting held on FRIDAY, MARCH 18, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, 1st Floor, North Gathering Room, 710 S. Lions Park Dr., Cheyenne WY 82001. The City will reject bids from any company who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
The provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City.
