INVITATION TO BID
The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, until 2:00 p.m. on December 1, 2020, for the “SURPLUS SALE OF A CITY-OWNED PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF MORRIE AVENUE AND EAST LINCOLNWAY, TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON”. The Property will be sold “AS-IS” to the highest responsive bidder unless the City rejects all bids.
The property is available for inspection to prospective bidders from 5:00 a.m. to midnight in accordance with the hours of Holliday Park.
Bid deposit in the amount of 10% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. Deposits may be in the form of a Cashier's Check, certified check, bank money order or personal or company check with sufficient funds, drawn on a local bank and made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
The Provision of Wyoming Statute 15-1-112 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities in the bidding process in the interest of the City.
