The Bid Date remains Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. A typographical error exists on Page 14, Part 3, Proposal Forms, Open Date: Wednesday, March 20, 2021. Please disregard this error, and utilize the Bid Date of Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (This will be formally addressed via Addendum).
The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Division, Room 309, Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 10, 2021 for the “Capitol Basin - 26th Street Interceptor Storm Sewer Extension Project” project.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on February 9, 2021, via Zoom On-Line Meeting.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00.
Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
