INVITATION TO BID
The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Division, Room 309, Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 13, 2020 for furnishing Laptops, Monitors, 2-In-1 Computers, and Accessories for the City of Cheyenne Information Technology Division.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
The Award of this Bid is contingent upon the awarded Bidder delivering and providing a complete and correct invoice for ALL bid items No-Later-Than 5:00 P.M. November 16, 2020. The funding being utilized for this bid, is dependent on receipt of goods, and receipt of invoice by November 16, 2020.
If you cannot meet this requirement, DO NOT submit a bid. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to return all bid items (unopened), at no cost to the City (Including NO Restocking Fees), if delivery of any item exceeds the November 16, 2020 deadline.
