The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, until 2:00 p.m. on September 21, 2020 for furnishing One (1) New Dump Body to Replace Existing Dump Body on City of Cheyenne Block #5697 for the City of Cheyenne Street and Alley Department.
There will be an OPTIONAL pre-bid meeting held on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 10:30 AM in Room 307 of the Municipal Building, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY. The bidding documents, terms, and specifications will be reviewed at the pre-bid meeting. Any bidder attending the pre-bid meeting shall wear a face mask or covering while present in the City of Cheyenne Municipal Building, or while present in any meeting room. In an effort to limit the size of the meeting, the City requests that only one (1) representative/attendee per bidder be present for the meeting. Online meetings will not be utilized for the pre-bid meeting, and any bidder must be physically present for the pre-bid meeting.
The provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City.
