STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
SF 254 (Modified)
for
ARCHITECT-ENGINEER RELATED SERVICES

To procure architectural, engineering and related professional services, the City of Cheyenne encourages interested firms to submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ).  A modified Standard Form 254 will be used for that purpose as it coincides with Federal and State Government procedures.  The form can be submitted to the City Engineer's office where it will be retained and available for updates.  Such information will provide the City with a basis for requesting proposals on future projects.  Firms having the appropriate qualifications on file with the City Engineer for a specific project will be notified of RFP solicitations or considered directly in the case of contracts less than $20,000.00.   It is important therefore that interested firms submit the SOQ and update every two years or sooner as needed.  Your completed SOQ can be sent to the City Engineer's Office in Room 210 of the Municipal Building at 2101 O'Neil Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001.
