BIDDERS LIST INFORMATION
Currently there is no formal application form that a bidder must
complete in order to be placed on our bidders
lists, with the exception of architects, engineers and land surveyors. Vendors,
consultants, contractors and others desiring to be notified when the Purchasing Division
solicits quotes, bids, or proposals should submit their requests to be included on the
bidders lists in writing. The requests should
clearly indicate the kinds of goods and/or services provided, state the address where the
notice should be mailed, and include a contact name and telephone number.
Architects, engineers and land surveyors must complete Statements
of Qualifications (SOQ) forms available from the office of the City Engineer. The
SOQ's must be updated annually, and are kept on file in
the office of the City Engineer in accordance with the City's policy governing "procurement
of professional services of architects, engineers and surveyors. A copy of the policy may be obtained from the
Purchasing Division, or the City Engineer.
