Scenic Development Annexation. A parcel of land situated in a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 14 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Laramie County, Wyoming (located at West side Converse Ave., north of Ogden Rd.). Public Hearing held October 27, 2014, at 6 pm in Room 118, 2101 O'Neil Avenue.

Bluffs 10th Filing Annexation. A parcel of land situated in a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Laramie County, Wyoming (located between a road extension of Point Bluff and Mountain Road, and north of Foothills Road). Public Hearing held November 24, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., in Room 118, 2101 O'Neil Avenue.

Annexation Process
Annexation is the process of becoming part of the City’s jurisdiction. By annexing, you have the opportunity to:
  • Connect to water and sewer 
  • Be served by the City Fire and Police Department
  • Develop property located adjacent to existing City limits.

Time Frame
The annexation process takes approximately two months to complete. 

Development Actions/Building Permits
Other development actions such as platting or zone changes may be run concurrently with annexation. Annexation and all other applicable processes must be completed prior to pulling building permits in the City.

It is recommended the applicant meet with the Urban Planning Office prior to submittal of annexation paperwork.
