Project Description: Greenway Phase IIIB is a 1.2-mile extension of the east Cheyenne Greenway from College Drive to Hot Springs Avenue along the north side of the UP main line. The project also includes a 75-foot span across the Henderson drainage at the current end of path in the Sun Valley Open Space. Other amenities along this corridor include benches for train viewing, bird watching and nature enjoyment. The path will also provide access to the two softball fields at the VFW Pride Park. The eventual destination of this trail is to tie into the existing Greenway at Norris Viaduct and to provide access in to Holliday Park. |
