You can contact the City Purchasing Manager by phone at (307) 773-1045 or email tbarttelbort@cheyennecity.org and request the bidding documents. Please include your Fed-Ex or UPS account number on the request with the Company Name, Address, Phone, and Contact Name. We charge for plans, so if requesting them, please send a check payable to “City of Cheyenne” or you can download them for free on the Bids web page located here https://www.cheyennecity.org/Bids.aspx.
