CHEYENNE – Registrations are being taken for the annual Community Recreation & Events Capital City Scamper on Sunday, July 14th. Teams of three will race around the Capital, on foot and on bicycles, completing various challenges and seeking out several checkpoints. The winners will be determined based on a mix of time and success on the challenges.
